Monopolised

I'm totally shocked by the amount of free time I have now.I had a list of activities I planned to do after my SPM exams. It was not an impressive list but it looked like it would at least help me spend my free time doing something fruitful. It has only been a week or so and I'm already halfway through my list.FML

So now I'm left bored too death.Besides watching tv and finishing off the pile of novels I have,I have been online almost everyday. The only problem is i have to beat my brother to it.Once either one of us gets to use the computer it's an excruciatingly long wait for the loser.Sometimes that can mean waiting for 4 bloody hours.Recently my dad noticed how long we were using the computer and boy did he let loose an earful (Do you know who is paying the bill ah!!???).Then me and my bro got banned from using the pc for a couple of days. :(

Our answer to the "extra" free time, like we needed any, was

Now I take pride in being a good monopoly player. Not a great Monopoly player just a good one.Little did I know that my bro had practice.Well, he recently stayed at my cousin's place for about two weeks. (My parents shipped him off because he distracted me or so they say during my SPM)According to my brother he played a lot of Monopoly there and he stressed on the a lot part.So when we played(I dragged my mom into it too),my bro had a field day.I got totally owned.Over and over and over again.First we played the standard format and then we played the ciplak format. You know the where you don't need to have the full set of lands of the same colour to build houses.Yeah, he beat me at that in 24 minutes flat.No joke.

In that time I also discovered my unluckiest token.Damn that iron token.I moved at snails pace throughout that game. Here is some monopoly trivia just for fun.

In 1998, Hasbro announced the results of a poll to determine the most popular Monopoly token. The results:

Race Car, 18%
Dog, 16%
Cannon, 14%
Top Hat, 10%
Boat, 9%
Horse and Rider, 8%
Shoe, 8%
Thimble, 7%
Iron, 7%
Wheelbarrow, 3%

Sadly now every time I say I'm bored my bro sarcastically says "Want to play Monopoly?",with a stupid grin on his face. He's never going to forget this anytime soon. :(
